Diagnostic Imaging for Women (difw) is a specialist women's imaging centre located in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
Our dedicated team provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services, with a strong focus on patient care, privacy, dignity and personalised service.We are looking for a friendly, organised and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis and to assist in our Imaging Queensland clinic from time to time.About the RoleAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be an important part of the patient journey, providing a warm and professional experience from the moment patients arrive.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate mannerManaging patient bookings, appointments and enquiriesAnswering incoming calls and responding to patient queriesProcessing referrals and patient informationLiaising with Radiologists, Sonographers,



Mammographers and other members of the clinical teamProcessing payments and Medicare/private health claimsMaintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentialitySupporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practiceAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has previous medical reception or healthcare administration experienceHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs confident managing a busy reception and telephone environmentHas strong attention to detail and organisational skillsIs professional, approachable and empatheticCan work effectively as part of a close-knit teamUnderstands the importance of privacy, confidentiality and patient careExperience in radiology or specialist medical practices will be highly regarded, but is not essential.Why Join Us?
