Working with the Floor Supervisor and Director, you will help move each job from order through production, quality control and dispatch.
This is a hands-on coordination role combining practical production work with factory operations support.Key responsibilitiesWorking hands-on alongside the production teamPreparing, handling and processing glass safelyLearning to operate specialised glass-laminating machinery and equipmentAssisting with loading, production, quality checks and dispatchCoordinating the daily production schedule with the Floor SupervisorPreparing job sheets, production records and quality documentationMonitoring materials, consumables and stock requirementsAssisting with purchasing and supplier follow-upMaintaining batch records, checklists and compliance documentationCoordinating freight, deliveries and collectionsAbout youExperience in manufacturing, fabrication, glass, engineering,
