The Scented Garden in Croydon Hills is looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our team.
This is a Monday to Friday role with early starts from 6am; no weekend work.
We are a rapid-paced, high-volume site.
Our coffee is made on Eversys super-automatic espresso machines, so you will be working with consistent, high-output equipment rather than a traditional manual setup.
Training on the Eversys system will be provided; experience with automatic or super-automatic machines is an advantage but not essential.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and serving coffee and other beverages to a consistent standardTaking orders, processing payments and handling cash, including till counts and end-of-shift reconciliationConducting regular stock audits and placing orders with suppliersRunning food and products to customersClearing and wiping down tablesCleaning and maintaining the coffee station,
