Attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us than experience.What you'll doDeliver prescriptions and pharmacy orders to customers' homes, retirement villages and community-based facilitiesPlan efficient daily delivery runs and make sure every delivery goes out on timeHandle medicines with care, including keeping refrigerated items cold during transportConfirm customer details and collect signatures or proof of delivery where requiredMaintain accurate delivery records and report any issues back to the pharmacyKeep the work car clean, organised and report any maintenance needsReceive, check and put away wholesaler and supplier deliveriesManage stock levels, ordering, rotation and date checkingKeep the shelves,



dispensary stock areas and storeroom organisedLearn pharmacy operations and support the team on the floor as your training progressesWhat we're looking forA current, full Australian driver's licence (essential) and a secure driving recordLocal knowledge of Mackay and surrounding areas, or the ability to learn it quicklyStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsReliable, punctual and able to work independentlyDiscreet and professional when dealing with customers' medications and personal informationComfortable with basic computer systems (training provided on our dispensing and stock software)Physically able to lift and move stock between locationsA friendly, customer-focused attitudeWhat we offerA pharmacy work car provided for deliveries, so there's no need to use your own vehicleOn-the-job training in pharmacy workA supportive, professional team environment in a QCPP-accredited pharmacyCasual/part-time hours to start, with the opportunity to move to a full-time position after a qualifying period for the right candidate
