As the business continues to expand, we are seeking a retail and e-commerce assistant to help support the team on a casual basis.The role will start with 2-3 days per week (including weekends) helping with both online and in-store sales & fulfilment.
Applicants must have retail, sales or customer service experience & be tech literate.Following an onboarding stage,



the position has the potential to grow into something more permanent for the right fit.Fulfil online orders and oversee couriersServe in-store customers and help with enquiriesHelp customers over phone or emailProvide friendly and knowledgeable supportMaintain the overall appearance & cleanliness of the shop.Receive and manage incoming stockRequirementsPossess a friendly and outgoing can-do attitude!
