You will provide top-notch service and care to everyone who walks through our doors: compassion and empathy are key,



and you will work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure that our radiology service offering is provided in a professional and respectful way.Key Responsibilities IncludeWelcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointmentLiaising with hospital staff to facilitate patient imagingManaging calls and patient bookingsResponding to enquiries from patients and referrersManaging patient invoicing and receiptingWhat's on offer?
