The Role
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality controlPreparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearanceRun the section or sections allocatedEnsure the highest standards of presentation and qualityAssist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous/Head ChefExcellent career progression and developmentFollow all food safety procedures and legislationA motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishesMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, from busy restaurantPunctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learningExcellent attention to detail with a strong work ethicIn possession of a valid Australian working visa
