Customer service representative/online orders assistantWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Online Orders Assistant to join our team at Artisan Ornaments' in Maribyrnong, Victoria.This is a contract role with the prospect to work in a dynamic and creative environment.The role will commence on a full-time basis in the first week of November until Christmas with hours ranging from ***** hours per week with some sporadic hours from the mid of October.What you'll be doingProviding excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient mannerDealing with inbound & outbound callsAssisting with the management of our online sales platform, including updating product information, processing orders, and tracking inventoryCommunicating with customers via phone, email,
