You will need great organisational & communication skills, be able to adapt to changes quickly, work well under pressure and help to maintain & continue to build upon the excellence of our team.Key RequirementsHave Experience in AutoCADShould have good familiarity with common AutoCAD commands.Can use & modify blocks (& agile blocks – better).
Familiarity of 3D Cartesian SpaceCosmo draw 99% in 2D,



but the candidate must understand how drawn items relate to the 3D world around it.Current technical & engineering literacyHave a general understanding of how cranes move or work.Have a general understanding of building construction & engineering.Ability to learn new drafting concepts & techniques that may be unorthodox.The short term goal is to assimilate oneself to the current Cosmo drafting model.Skills & AttributesAbility to work under pressure.Can work on multiple projects at any given time.Should have good time management & meet KPIs.Self-motivated.Should have a strong passion & drive for the job.Self Confidence.Ability to show initiative.Full training will be provided along with support from the Drafting Team for the right candidate.
