THE CHANCE:
We are looking to connect with passionate retail leaders who want to make an impact within a globally recognized brand. The Store Manager in our business will lead, inspire, coach a team, and work collaboratively with the Area Manager to drive a great culture and in-store experience for the team and customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
n
• Experienced in managing a team in a high-volume turnover store.
n
• Hands-on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n




• A 'can-do' attitude.
n
• Fun, bubbly personality.
n
• Comfortable working autonomously.
n
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
• Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
n
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI'S & budgets.
n
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
n
• Competitive salary.

Required:
n
• Full-time rights to work in Australia
n
• Basic Excel skills
n
• 38 hours per week
n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staff.
