Sous Chef — ConKaBar, Burleigh Heads
ConKaBar is a small, family‐run bar and café in Burleigh Heads, and we're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen and grow with us.
This is a career role, not just a job.
We want someone who's serious about the craft and wants to build something long‐term with us.
Requirements
Solid sous chef experience across both breakfast and dinner service
Ordering and stock management
Staff management experience — leading and supporting a kitchen team
Reliability and a genuine work ethic
Robust communication and openness to feedback — our owners are hands‐on and work closely with the team
Details
Availability Tuesday through Sunday
Ready to start within two weeks
