HVAC & Refrigeration Technician
to join our national Facilities Maintenance team.
n
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail sites, maintaining and repairing essential HVAC and refrigeration systems — from
chillers and AHUs to CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems.

Your Day-to-Day n
No two days are exactly the same. You'll be responsible for keeping critical equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably.
n
You'll:
n

n
Complete
preventative, reactive and planned maintenance
n
n
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
n
n
Service and maintain
chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems
n
n




Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance activities
n
n
Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
n
n
Inspect refrigeration and chilled water systems
n
n
Identify opportunities to complete works more efficiently and cost-effectively
n
n
Complete building inspections and provide clear reports
n
n
Complete work orders, risk assessments and required documentation
n
n
Participate in an
after-hours/on-call roster
n
What You'll Bring n
We're looking for a qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving technical challenges.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
n
Relevant
HVAC & Refrigeration trade qualification
n
n
3–5 years' commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience
n
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
n
n
Experience working across commercial and/or retail facilities
n
n
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
n
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
n
Construction Induction Card (
White Card
)
n
n
Blue Card or the ability to get one
n
n
First Aid Certificate
n
n
EWP Under 11m
n
n
Experience with larger systems and critical environments — particularly chillers — will be highly regarded.
