Join the team at Sahra by the River, a vibrant riverside restaurant in Parramatta, as a full-time Waiter/Waitress. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
What you'll be doing n

Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
n
Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen
n
Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
n
Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between sittings
n
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
n
Assisting with stock management and light cleaning duties as required
n

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a quick-paced restaurant environment
n
Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
A flexible and adaptable approach to your work
