Job Description
Lumia Care Pty is hiring Community Support Workers to assist elderly clients in Sydney with in-home care, companionship, and practical daily tasks. You'll help people live safely and stay connected to their community, delivering respectful personal care and social engagement.

This role offers ongoing mentoring, paid induction and training, and a regular Mon–Fri daytime roster. A valid driver's licence and insured vehicle are preferred, and prior aged care or community care experience is valued.
