Are you the friendly and organised person who keeps a clinic running smoothly? Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a compassionate Receptionist to join our Parmelia and Armadale Clinic Team. This role requires travel between the two sites.

This full-time position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients while providing strong administrative support to our health professionals.

About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for our community, you'll ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels respected and cared for. You'll also play a key role behind the scenes to keep clinic operations effective and culturally safe.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n

Greeting clients and families in a warm, professional, and culturally respectful manner
n
Managing appointments, phone, and email enquiries
n
Supporting medical and health staff with reception and administrative tasks
n
Maintaining accurate client records and organised systems
n
Processing Medicare and billing information
n
Coordinating supplies, catering, and small events
n
Ensuring the reception and waiting areas remain calm, clean, and inviting
n

You'll bring:

Experience in medical reception, customer service, or administrative roles
n
Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence using computers and booking systems
n
A calm, caring approach and the ability to multitask

Requirements
n
n
Qualification or relevant experience in administration or medical reception
n
Current WA Driver's Licence
n
National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
n
Working with Children Check
n
Vulnerable Peoples Check
n
COVID-19 Vaccination
