The Role n
We're seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor/Manager to take ownership of a large development site, with a strong focus on external works carried out under Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements. You'll be responsible for leading crews on-site day to day, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program and to the required quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead and manage on-site crews across civil and external works packages
n
Oversee delivery of TMR-scope external works in line with relevant standards and specifications
n
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and resources to maintain program and productivity
n
Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality and environmental compliance
n
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers,



clients and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
n
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, pre-starts and ongoing safety management
n
Monitor works against program, budget and quality requirements, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
n
About You n
n
Proven experience running crews on civil construction or development projects
n
Direct experience with TMR (Transport and Main Roads) external works is highly regarded but will look at someone with subdivisions exp
n
Strong leadership and team management capability, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
n
Solid understanding of civil construction methodology, safety and compliance requirements
n
Relevant tickets and qualifications for site-based civil supervision
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach with strong communication skills
n
