CEA Consolidated Industries is seeking experienced
Metal Fabricators / Welders
to join our team in Coolaroo, Victoria. This full-time position is an integral part of our manufacturing team, specifically within the Welders & Boilermakers sub-industry.
What you'll be doing n
n
Fabricating steel structures and components to precise specifications
n
Performing various welding techniques to join metal parts
n
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
n
Operating mechanical equipment such as grinders, power tools and cutting machines
n
Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
n
Maintaining a safe and organised work workplace
n
Continuously improving processes and workflows
n
What we're looking for n
n
Proven experience as a steel fabricator or welder,



ideally within the manufacturing industry
n
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment, including MIG, TIG and stick welding
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
n
Proficient in the use of power tools, cutting equipment and other fabrication machinery
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
Forklift, confined space, HRW licences is advantageous
n
n
Immediate start
Full-time position - 38 hr week n
7:00am to 3.05pm Monday to Thursday
n
7:00am to 3.30pm Friday
n
Optional Saturdays (when available)
