We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Admin Assistant to join our small team at Rev-Bikes in Nunawading. Part time or full time considered, with plenty of flexibility to suit the right candidate.

Rev-Bikes sell & service e Bikes, e Trikes and e Tandems (and a growing range of Adaptive e Bikes), as well as installing low-powered Conversion Kits to electrify existing bicycles. Our customers vary widely, but are often retirees and people with various disabilities.
n
This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining customer sales, retail support, and administrative duties. You will be the face of the store—helping customers find the right eBikes and accessories, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities n

Welcome and assist customers in-store, via phone, and email
n
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bicycles and accessories
n
Drive sales through consultative selling and product knowledge
n
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
n
Support after-sales service and customer retention
n
Administration & Operations n
n
Process sales accurately using POS systems
n
Maintain customer records and CRM updates
n
Assist with invoicing, quotes, and general admin tasks
n
Support store presentation, merchandising, and displays
n




Stock & Inventory Support n
n
Assist with stock management, tagging, and receiving deliveries
n
Support stocktakes and inventory reporting
n
Monitor and report low stock levels
n
Team Support n
n
Work closely with the sales and workshop teams
n
Support marketing promotions and in-store campaigns
n
Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Passionate about bikes & the cycling lifestyle (essential to have at least some experience with bicycles)
n
Confident in customer service and/or retail sales
n
Clear communicator (excellent English) with a friendly and professional approach
n
Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
n
Comfortable using computers, ideally experienced with Xero & Shopify (or happy to learn)
n
Sales-driven, with a willingness to learn and grow
n
Reliable, mature, proactive, and a strong team player
