BAR STAFF, WAITSTAFF & BUSSIES
Your average hospitality job this is not.
n
The Men's Gallery | Melbourne CBD | Casual Nights
n
Want to work somewhere with a little more personality?
n
The Men's Gallery is one of Melbourne's best-known adult entertainment venues and we're looking for
bar staff, waitstaff and bussies
to join our late-night team.
n
Think busy bars, beautiful entertainers, big nights, plenty of banter and a workplace where no two shifts are ever quite the same.
n
We're looking for people who can bring the energy, enjoy the atmosphere and still deliver when the venue gets busy.
BAR STAFF n
You know your way around a busy bar, can keep drinks moving and don't lose your smile when there's a crowd waiting to be served.
n
You'll need to be fast, confident, friendly and comfortable working in a high-energy adult entertainment environment.
WAITSTAFF n
Confident. Bubbly. Polished. A little bit cheeky.
n
Our waitstaff are a big part of the customer experience, so we're looking for people with personality who enjoy talking to customers and know how to make guests feel welcome.
n
Presentation is key, but so is your attitude.
n
We want people who look after themselves, enjoy getting dressed up for work and can still switch on and deliver great service when the room gets busy.
n
You'll be serving drinks, looking after tables,

interacting with customers and working closely with our bar and entertainment teams throughout the night.
BUSSIES / FLOOR STAFF n
You're the people keeping the whole venue moving.
n
Clearing glasses, resetting tables, keeping the venue looking sharp, helping the bar team and jumping in wherever you're needed.
n
You don't need years of experience. You do need energy, reliability and a willingness to get involved.
YOU'LL PROBABLY LOVE IT HERE IF YOU'RE: n
n
Confident and outgoing
n
Fun, friendly and comfortable talking to people
n
Comfortable working around adult entertainment
n
Well-presented
n
Quick on your feet
n
Reliable when you're rostered
n
Happy working late nights and weekends
n
Someone who genuinely enjoys nightlife
n
Able to have fun while still taking the job seriously
n
n
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, particularly for bar and waitstaff roles.
n
A current RSA is required for relevant positions.
WHAT'S IT LIKE WORKING HERE? n
Definitely not boring.
n
You'll be working alongside a fun, social team in one of Melbourne's best-known adult nightlife venues.
n
Expect big Friday and Saturday nights, events, entertainers, regular customers, tourists and plenty happening around you.
n
We take service seriously.
n
We just don't think work has to feel serious all the time.
