, you will take end-to-end accountability for a flagship portfolio of Tier 1 or Tier 2 buildings (approximately *****,500 total lots depending on experience), delivering standard-setting service to committees and developers. Rather than managing a high-volume, fragmented list of smaller properties, your focus will be dedicated entirely to a handful of substantial, highly complex communities. You will manage a highly focused portfolio, engaging directly with sophisticated owners, committees, and key stakeholders across some of Melbourne's premier residential and mixed-use developments. This strategic position plays a key role in the business's continued growth.

Key responsibilities
n
Build strong, trust-based relationships with committee members, contractors, developers, and residents
n
Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, levy setting, and financial reporting
n
Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings with confidence and composure
n
Coordinate facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, defect management, and capital works projects
n




Work seamlessly alongside internal support teams (accounts, compliance, and administration) to ensure streamlined operations
n
Provide expert legislative guidance and proactive problem-solving to committee members
n
About you
n
Proven experience managing large-scale, high-end, or high-complexity Owners Corporations
n
Deep understanding of the Owners Corporations Act **** (VIC) and associated regulations
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with top-tier negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
n
Confident chairing high-stakes meetings and navigating multi-stakeholder discussions
n
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-driven with high attention to detail
n
Passionate about providing superior service while supporting wider company growth
n
