About the Role
n
Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you'll support day-to-day kitchen operations - preparing quality dishes, learning new techniques, and helping keep service running like clockwork.

Day to day you'll be:
n
n
Preparing ingredients and mise en place to the standard set by our senior chefs
n
Cooking and plating dishes with consistency, colour, texture and flavour front of mind
n
Following recipes, portion sizes and quality standards under guidance
n
Learning new techniques,



cuisines and menu items as you grow into the role
n
Keeping your section clean, organised and HACCP-compliant
n
Checking deliveries and rotating stock for freshness and quality
n
Supporting your fellow chefs during busy services
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing your apprenticeship), or equivalent experience
n
Some experience in a professional kitchen; high-volume experience a bonus
n
Food Handling Certificate preferred, with a working knowledge of HACCP
n
A genuine passion for food, hospitality and learning from the best
n
A team player who takes direction well and brings a positive attitude
n
Flexibility to work diverse shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
