About the role n
This is not a standard single-site position. You'll work across
breakdowns, shutdowns, planned maintenance and field service
, gaining exposure to a diverse range of mining equipment and sites.
n
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience on:
n
n
Hydraulic excavators / diggers
n
Drills – Sandvik, Epiroc and similar
n
CAT
n
Komatsu
n
Hitachi
n
Liebherr
n
Terex
n
Key responsibilities n
n
Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on heavy mining equipment
n




Breakdown repairs and field service support
n
Shutdown and planned maintenance
n
Preventative maintenance and component change-outs
n
Working across multiple mine sites and equipment types
n
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and reliability
n
What we're looking for n
n
Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
n
Strong digger/excavator or drill experience highly regarded
n
Minimum 3 years post-trade experience
n
Strong mining or OEM background
n
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
n
