Job Description
St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Grade 3 Social Worker to deliver Mental Health Social Work services within the Acute Inpatient Service. You will work independently within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to teaching, training, research and quality activities.

Responsibilities include discharge planning coordination, crisis intervention, liaising with internal and external partners, and supervising social students.
