South West Rocks Dental is seeking an experienced, people-focused Lead Receptionist to lead our front-of-house team and support our clinical team.
n
South West Rocks Dental is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our team for 4 days per week. This role suits someone with strong communication skills and leadership experience, who takes pride in delivering an excellent patient experience.
n
Our front desk sets the standard for how patients experience our practice. As Lead Receptionist, you will lead the front-of-house team, keep the practice running smoothly and help us provide every patient with professional, considered care.
About the role n
n
n
Leading, training and supporting the front-of-house team
n
n
Managing appointment scheduling, patient flow, accounts and recall systems
n
n
Being the first point of contact for patients, in person and by phone
n
n
Providing chairside dental assistance and sterilisation support as required
n
n
Working with the practice owners, Dr David and Juanita Keir,



and our Leadership Team (from our Wauchope Practice) to maintain and improve practice systems
n
About you n
n
n
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded
n
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
n
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
n
n
A genuine commitment to patient care and customer service
n
n
Willingness to learn and perform dental assisting duties (training provided)
n
n
Dental reception or dental assisting experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
