We are currently looking for an Engineering Apprentice (Metal Fabrication) to join the team.
n
Working with qualified and skilled first class sheet metal tradesman you will gain valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support.
n
Duties will involve:
n
-Performing engineering measurements
n
-Apply welding principles
n
-Use workshop machines for basic operations
n
-Carry out mechanical cutting
n
-Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work workplace
n
The successful candidate will:
n
-Be a confident communicator
n
-Be able to undertake manual/physical work
n
-Motivated with a genuine interest in the fabrication industry
n
-Be trustworthy and reliable
n
-Have a high level of attention to detail
n




-Suitable applicants must have a genuine interest in pursuing fabrication as a career path, be motivated and willing to work hard to get trade qualified.
n
The successful candidate will undergo Certificate III in Engineering.
n
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
