Kraken Sourdough Pty Ltd in Huskisson is seeking a skilled Baker specializing in sourdough bread and pastry to join our dedicated team.

You will inspect ovens and mixers, manage wild starter, shape loaves and bagels, and run the daily bake schedule to ensure all products are ready for opening.

With 2+ years in artisan baking and a Certificate III/IV in Baking, you'll uphold food-safety standards and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
