Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Corporate Services to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including finance, human resources, IT, and facilities management
n
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting
n
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff
n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies
n




Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
n
Ensure the organization is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
n
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
n
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
n
10+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a corporate services workplace
n
Strong leadership and management skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
n
Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting
n
