THE ROLE
n
Managing a diverse portfolio, your day will include:
n
n
End-to-end management of residential and commercial properties
n
Full support provided
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
Liaising with contractors and trades
n
Ensuring properties remain compliant
n
Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
n
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
n
n
You'll have the support of an experienced team around you, while being given the autonomy to manage your portfolio and continue developing your career.
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
Previous Property Management experience
n
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and time management
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
High attention to detail
n
A genuine interest in developing your commercial property knowledge
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
Commercial experience isn't essential
