Job Description
Monash Health is seeking a Grade 3 Social Worker for the Secure Extended Care Unit (SECU) at Dandenong Hospital. You will join a multidisciplinary team providing psychosocial assessment, discharge planning and community transition support. The role focuses on recovery, housing, family violence, and navigating NDIS and community services.

You will supervise and support junior Social Workers and students while delivering group programs and complex case management within a 50-bed unit.
