Key responsibilities n
n
Manage cadastral projects from commencement to completion
n
Undertake and supervise title re-establishment surveys, subdivisions, creation of easements etc.
n
Certify survey documentation
n
Review field data, calculations, plans and survey deliverables
n
Research titles, survey records and relevant planning requirements
n
Prepare and oversee tender submissions
n
Provide cadastral advice to clients and our planning and engineering teams
n
Manage project scope, budgets, and client expectations
n
Mentor graduate surveyors, technicians and surveyors pursuing registration
n
Maintain compliance with legislation, professional standards and internal quality systems
n
About you n
n




Current registration as a Licensed Surveyor in Victoria
n
Significant cadastral surveying and land-development experience
n
Solid knowledge of relevant surveying legislation, regulations and standards
n
Demonstrated experience preparing, checking and certifying cadastral plans
n
Proficiency with relevant surveying equipment and software, including Liscad & CAD
n
A current driver's licence
n
Diverse, high-quality project portfolio
n
Supportive team with strong technical capability
n
Leadership and potential ownership/equity pathways
n
