This is a role where your work is visible, your leadership matters, and your day finishes earlier than most.The RoleAs a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for maintaining commercial landscapes for our key client.
With wide open spaces to maintain, it's focussed on mowing with some hands-on horticulture work making sure sites are safe, well presented, and maintained to a high standard.Your days will be active, varied, and outdoors,



with early starts that give you back your afternoons.What Your Day Might IncludePlanning daily tasks and setting the pace for the crewHands-on work including mowing and general horticulture dutiesEnsuring protected work practices and quality standards on every siteSupporting and mentoring team members as they grow their skillsCommunicating with supervisors and clients to keep sites running smoothlyWhat You BringWe're more interested in your experience and attitude than ticking every box.You'll Likely HaveA qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture, or equivalent experienceExperience in landscape or park maintenanceA current driver's licenceConfidence leading or supporting a small teamPride in producing quality outdoor spacesIf you've been in the industry for years or you're ready to step up into your first leadership role, we'd still love to hear from you.Our strength lies in the unique culture created by the 2,000 plus employees living and working across Australia and New Zealand.
