You'll be right at the heart of our Build-to-Rent community, making every interaction feel easy, warm and genuinely human.Reporting to the Resident Experience Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Key responsibilities include:Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.Maintain robust working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.Uphold residents' rights, privacy,
