This is a full-time position based at our retail location.
As a Pool Shop Salesperson, you will be the face of our business, providing expert advice and exceptional service to customers seeking pool products, equipment and solutions.
This role is integral building customer relationships and contributing to the success of our retail operation.Key responsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assess their pool-related needs and requirementsProvide knowledgeable advice on pool products, equipment, chemicals and maintenance solutionsDemonstrate products effectively and explain features, benefits and usage instructionsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing shop floor and product displaysMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restockingHandle customer enquiries professionally, seeking to resolve issues satisfactorilyAchieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining excellent customer service standardsStay informed about product ranges, pricing and current promotions to provide accurate informationBuild lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyaltyWhat we're looking forPrevious retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pool,
