CQ Drilling & Sawing (Rockhampton) is seeking a Receptionist/Administration professional to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity.
Based in Park Avenue, QLD ****, this role is fundamental to maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
You will be the cornerstone of our administrative operations, managing multiple responsibilities whilst providing exceptional customer service.Key responsibilitiesAnswering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous mannerManaging reception desk duties including mail distribution, filing and general administrative tasksProcessing and organizing documentation including invoices, quotations and correspondenceData entry and maintaining accurate records in company systemsAssisting with general office administration as requiredResponding to enquiries via telephone, email and in person with product and service informationSupporting other team members with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operationsWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a receptionist or in a similar administrative roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleaguesStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with telephone systems and appointment schedulingA friendly, customer-focused approach with a professional demeanorAttention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data entryAbility to work independently whilst being a collaborative team memberReliability and commitment to punctuality, particularly important in a part-time arrangementKnowledge of the drilling or construction industry would be advantageous but not essentialWhat we offerCQ Drilling & Sawing (Rockhampton) is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
