About the rolePutt Putt Mermaid Beach are currently seeking to recruit Sales Assistants to join our fun and energetic team.
The positions on offer is casual, working to a roster which will include nights and weekends.No two days are the same at Putt Putt.
The duties include:Opening and closing of the venueSelling Putt Putt admission and upsellingServing food and beverages, including alcoholProviding outstanding customer service at all timesCash handling, POS,



EftposAttending to customer queries via phone and/or emailCo-ordinating group and party bookingsGeneral cleaning of equipment and clubhouseWho are we looking for?
We're specifically looking for candidates who are:18 years or olderReliable and confident working independently, including closing the venue solo at nightAvailable to work across the Christmas and New Year periodAvailable to work nights and weekendsFriendly, outgoing and confident, with a personality to match our entertaining venueWell presented, reliable and organisedA team player who can also work independentlyTee-riffic communicators!
Positive and hard-workingSomeone who shows initiative and attention to detailCustomer-focused, with a genuine interest in creating a fun and memorable experience for our guestsSkills & ExperiencePrevious hospitality, customer service or similar experience (12 months or more preferred)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationExperience with POS, EFTPOS and cash handling is desirableAbility to remain calm and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including nights, weekends and the Christmas/Current Year periodStaff Perks!
