You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am – 4:00pmDuration: Casual assignment, approximately 6 monthsASAP startWhat You'll be DoingInterpreting and identifying parts requirementsProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyProviding phone and email support to customersAssisting with inventory and stock enquiriesLiaising with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely delivery of partsMaintaining accurate records and system dataBuilding strong relationships with customers and suppliersDelivering high-quality customer service and technical supportAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter,



Parts Advisor or similar roleStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to accurately identify and source partsSound computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systemsHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience within automotive, heavy vehicle, machinery, transport, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regardedAbility to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol ScreenWhy Work with Haynes?
