You'll support patients and families, deliver high-quality care,



and collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team.Provide direct nursing care within a plan of care under the supervision of a Registered NurseRecognise and report changes in patient conditions, escalating concerns appropriatelySupport patients with daily living activities to promote independence and comfortMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure safe and effective careCommunicate sensitively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to support continuity of careRegistration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Selection Criteria:Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team.An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.Ready to make a difference?
