We embrace and respect the cultural backgrounds of all residents and employees, within an atmosphere of peace, security and harmony, striving to enrich the setting and community to which we belong.We are currently seeking a Part Time Maintenance Assistant to undertake a variety of general maintenance tasks.Trade qualifications would be an advantage but not mandatory.Will be responsible for assisting with the company's general and preventative maintenance program.Identify and assess corrective maintenance issues and resolve them promptly.Ability to effectively liaise with approved external contractors.Organise, maintain and operate the storage facility.Maintain the company's equipment asset register.Actively involved in hazard managementDemonstrates genuine desire to care for frail aged peopleAble to effectively communicate in written and oral EnglishCurrent Police Clearance Certificate or a NDIS clearance certificateEvidence of right to work in AustraliaSuccessful applicant must be available to commence immediately and workMondays - Fridays 10:00am - 16:00pm.Applicants will be contacted via email if an interview is requested.
