We're looking for a warm, personable and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Lancemore Crossley St., a design-led boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne's theatre district. If you love hospitality and genuinely enjoy helping others, this is your chance to be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on authentic guest experiences.
About the Role n

Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience
n
Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism
n
Provide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenities
n
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded
n
Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
n
Support breakfast service and our very popular Hosted Hour
n
Support the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks
n
Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence
n
Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
n
Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences
n
About You n
n
A natural people person with a warm, professional communication style
n




Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
n
Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important
n
Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus
n
RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed
n
