Leading Hand – Workshop
to join our high-performing team at our
Pioneer Dome Civil Contract in the Goldfields
.

If you're a qualified
HD Diesel Mechanic
who knows your CAT and Komatsu gear, can lead a crew from the front and thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment —
we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE n
Working closely with the Workshop Manager, you'll be a key player in leading our workshop team and keeping the operation moving.
n
You'll help drive
safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance
, support and mentor tradespeople and apprentices, and ensure our heavy mobile equipment is performing at its best.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who is ready to
step up, take ownership and set the standard.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Valid Driver's Licence
— HR highly regarded
n
Proven experience leading tradespeople and apprentices
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
Confident communication and people leadership skills
n
Experience using Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
n
KNOW YOUR GEAR? n
