We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Perth Showroom!n

As a General Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.
n
n We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!n
n

Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom's success.

Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
