Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at
Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care.
n
In this rewarding role, you will play an integral part in supporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents. Working alongside a supportive and experienced care team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
n
Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
n
Complete accurate care documentation and clinical records.
n
Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
n
Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing, incidents, and hazards.
n
Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, OH&S;, and infection control
n
practices.
n




Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve positive resident outcomes.
n
Participate in mandatory training and continuous quality improvement activities.
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience as Personal Care Assistant in Aged Care
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
n
A compassionate, patient, and resident‐focused approach.
n
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
n
Understanding of person‐centred care and dignity of risk.
n
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including minimum 2 day week shifts.

Key Requirements:

Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
Covid‐19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
