The Opportunity
n
RPM Hire are seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator with exceptional project skills to coordinate all major project operational aspects after the sale has been completed in our team.
n
This is a key role to the delivery of services to our clients, requiring a dedicated individual with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivery and stakeholder management, combined with the ability to meet challenging deadlines and remaining balanced under pressure.
n
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Plan, monitor, and review job performance to ensure efficiency.




n
Contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.
n
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
n
Develop and implement operational processes and systems.
n
Optimise workflow, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
n
Support key initiatives, system deployments, and learning programs.
n
Manage mobilisation and demobilisation projects within time and budget constraints.
n
Coordinate resource allocation, transport, and employee scheduling.
n
Oversee supplier relationships, pricing, and contract management.
n
Approve and track operational invoices for payment.
n
Demonstrated experience in project management, operational oversight, and team leadership.
n
Drive improvements in customer experience and service delivery.
n
Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and operational standards.
n
Collaborate with sales and operations teams for seamless project execution.
n
Manage hire contracts, equipment tracking, and invoicing.
n
Escalate employee concerns and provide mentorship and training.
n
Support the BAU team when required.
n
Perform other duties as needed.
n

What you will bring
n
n
Experience in project management, management & operations.
n
Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, and cash-flow management.
n
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, customers, suppliers, partners, and employees.
n
Ability to prioritise deliveries, equipment, and resources understanding the financial impact of decisions.
n
Excellent communication skills.
n
Strong computer skills and ability to learn our hire system.
n
Previous hire industry experience (desirable).
n
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.
n
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
n
