We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Community (Home) Care team.

No experience is required.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in current clients.
What we are seeking: n

Have a great attitude

Have clear communication skills

Be prepared to learn, ask questions, and work independently in the community.

Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check
n
Have valid Australian Working Rights
n
Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)

Must live within the local area.

Shifts n
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Bed making, room tidying up
n
Domestic Assistance
n
Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
n
Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
n
Personal care - assistance with dressing, showering and grooming
n
Transportation services
n
Community Access
n
Respite Care
n
Meal preparation
n
Medication prompting
n
Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
n
Complete documentation
n
Follow policies and procedures
n
Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
