We're looking for a energetic
Part-Time Assistant Store Manager
to join our
2XU ECQ team in NSW
and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the 2XU brand.
n
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance, coaching and developing the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll be hands-on across day-to-day operations, inventory, visual merchandising and sales, while helping create a high-performing and positive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
n
Lead by example and deliver a world-class customer experience that embodies the 2XU brand
n
Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, inventory, stock management and store presentation
n
Coach, motivate and develop team members through hands-on leadership
n
Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is consistently presented to a high standard
n
Assist with achieving sales targets and maintaining strong operational standards
n
Step up and take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Previous retail leadership, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or senior retail experience essential
n
A genuine passion for health,



fitness and high-performance apparel
n
Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
n
A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs
n
Experience with rostering, stock management and day-to-day store operations
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to make a real impact
n
Flexibility to work a
part-time roster of around 26 hours, including a Sunday
n
