Award-winning Milieu Early Education & Care is looking for a passionate Diploma-qualified or ECT Room Leader to lead our 0-2 room at our 72-place Raby service.
n
With only 8 babies in the room, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with each child and family, create meaningful learning experiences and lead a calm, nurturing environment where our youngest children can thrive.
The role n
As our 0-2 Room Leader, you will:

Lead a beautiful room of just 8 babies
n
n
Lead, mentor and support your room team
n
n
Build solid and trusting relationships with children and families
n
n
Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
n
n
Lead programming, observations and intentional teaching
n
n
Maintain consistent, nurturing individual routines
n
n




Work closely with our Educational Leaders and Centre Director
n
n
Contribute to the QIP and continuous improvement of the service
n
About you n
We're looking for someone with an ACECQA-approved Diploma or ECT qualification, a genuine love for the 0-2 age group and the confidence to lead a team.
n
Previous Room Leader experience is highly regarded; however, we'd also love to hear from an experienced educator who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
