Organisational Development and Learning Design Specialist n
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Effectiveness & Capability team as an Organisational Development & Learning Design Specialist. You will play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences, leveraging people data and insights, and supporting culture and performance initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities n
n
Design and develop engaging eLearning, learning resources and capability programs using Articulate 360 and other contemporary learning technologies
n
Own and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone and the Performance and Engagement Platform, Culture Amp
n
Produce insightful workforce, learning, engagement and compliance reporting to support business decision-making
n
Create executive presentations, employee communications and monthly team newsletters
n
Partner with stakeholders across the business to support capability, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives
n
Leverage technology, automation and innovation to continuously improve learning experiences and processes
n
About you n
n
Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development
n




Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
n
Experience administering Learning Management Systems and employee engagement platforms such as Culture Amp
n
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
n
Exceptional PowerPoint, communication and content creation skills
n
A passion for learning, employee experience and continuous improvement
n
Experience using AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia will be highly regarded
n
Must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
