Established in ****, HHH Partners is a progressive Chartered Accountants firm with offices in Emerald and Rockhampton.

We are currently seeking a full time Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in our Emerald office.
n
We are looking for someone willing and eager to provide support to our team and clients. You will be one of the first points of contact for the company and be responsible for supporting administration team members and Directors of the firm.
Duties n
Working as part of the administration team your duties will include:
n
Welcome and direct guests arriving at our office
n
Liaising with clients both verbally and written, including dictations
n
Maintaining the client database/ workflow
n
Handling & directing inbound telephone calls
n
Calendar management including booking appointments
n
Order and maintain supplies
n
Daily receipting of client payments and preparation of banking
n
Process and manage electronic lodgements and ATO correspondence
n




Preparing client tax packages for distribution both electronically and via mail
n
Records scanning
n
Filing
About you n
We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys the diversity of a busy admin role. Some of the key attributes we will be looking for in the successful candidate include:
n
Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in an office environmentis not essential but would be highly regarded.
n
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
n
High level of interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
n
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask
n
Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
n

Rostered Day Off (RDO) agreement available after probation - enjoy a 9-day fortnight
