Store Manager
to help bring it to life.

This is more than a traditional retail management role. You'll lead the day-to-day operation of
Miffy Store Melbourne
across both retail and café, building a strong team, maintaining high standards and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer.
n
As part of the opening team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the store from the beginning, including team culture, service standards, operating routines and the overall customer experience.
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes ownership and knows how to keep a busy store organised, well presented and running smoothly.

What you'll be doing n

Lead, coach and develop the retail and café team
n
n
Manage the day-to-day operation of the store
n
n
Create a welcoming and memorable customer experience
n
n




Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
n
n
Oversee stock ordering, deliveries, replenishment and stocktakes
n
n
Manage rostering and day-to-day team coverage
n
n
Oversee café supplies, service, cleanliness and food safety standards
n
n
Manage opening, closing, POS and daily store procedures
n
n
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n
n
Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and practically
n
n
Support product launches, activations and busy trading periods
n
n
Help establish procedures and operating standards for the new store
n
n
Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
n
About you n
You're a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands‐on and leading from the floor.
n
You're friendly and approachable with customers and your team, while also being comfortable setting explicit expectations, maintaining standards and taking responsibility for results.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
n
Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail management role
n
n
Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team
n
n
Strong stock management and visual merchandising skills
n
n
Strong organisational and problem‐solving ability
n
n
A practical, hands‐on management style
n
n




Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
n
Strong attention to detail
n
n
Good commercial awareness
n
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
n
Availability to work across a retail roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
n
Experience in
café, hospitality or food and beverage operations
would be highly regarded.
n
Experience with a
new store opening, flagship store or high-volume retail setting
would also be an advantage.
n

What we offer n

$80,000-$85,000 + superannuation
