Position Description n
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while taking ownership of a diverse accounts receivable portfolio.
n
n
Manage daily collections activities and maintain strong customer relationships
n
Allocate incoming payments and investigate payment discrepancies
n
Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues promptly
n
Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with customers where required
n
Assess credit applications and facilitate the onboarding of new customer accounts
n
Prepare debtor reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances
n
Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvement initiatives
n
Ideal Candidate n




The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:
n
n
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or similar position
n
Robust reconciliation and account investigation skills
n
Proven experience in collections and managing debtor accounts
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
n
A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
n
